PURPOSE:To reduce the influence of diffraction of respective segments and to obtain uniform energy distribution by dividing and reflecting laser light into divided light rays by a segment mirror, converging the divided light rays by a concave mirror and passing the converged light through a pin hole plate arranged on a converting point. CONSTITUTION:Laser light 1 in a multi-mode is divided into many reflected light rays by the segment mirror 2 obtained by adhering many mirrors with small areas to a projected surface body like gratings and the reflected light rays are reflected as many converted light rays in another direction by a concave mirror 4 and the pin hole plate 9 is arranged on their condensing points 7. Since the diameter of pin holes and their intervals are controlled so that the converged light rays are passed through the pin holes of the pin hole plate made of metal having high thermal conductivity, extremely uniform energy distribution can b obtained and the optical device can be used for uniform hardening work or the like. |
