<p>PURPOSE:To strongly integrate a valve or cylinder body and sealing rubber, by bonding both of them through a fiber reinforced resin body, which is formed so as to expose fibers to both surfaces thereof, by an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Sealing rubber 7 is laminated to one surface side of a fiber reinforced resin body 3 having fibers 2a, 2b exposed to both surfaces thereof to perform molding while the bonding surface 8A of a metal matrix 8 of a valve or cylinder main body to be adhered is roughened by sanding and the other surface side of the previous fiber reinforced resin body 3 is adhered to said bonding surface 8 by using an adhesive 9. Because the fibers 2a, 2b exposed to the surface of the fiber reinforced resin body is enters the rubber 7 and recessed part of the bonding surface 8A, the valve or cylinder main body and the sealing rubber are strongly integrated with each other.</p> |
