发明名称 NOZZLE TOUCHING MECHANISM CAPABLE OF AUTOMATIC REVOLUTION OF INJECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform prompt nozzle replacing operation with a simple mechanism by a method wherein when an injector continues to go back by the operation of the driving gear of a nozzle touching mechanism the injector is contrived to revolve automatically. CONSTITUTION:In order to replace the nozzle, the screw 11 is reversed by the servo motor M and the injection unit base 5 and the extruder base 6 are retreated on the base 9 through the ball nut 13, the pressure plate 12. When the base 6 abuts against the stopper 22 to slide the drive pin 8 along oblong hole 16, the base 5 rotates centering around the pivot pin 7. Then, the motor M is stopped to replace the nozzle 3, afterwards, the bases 5, 6 are advanced by the normal turning of the motor M to bring the injector 1 and the nozzle 3 into contact with the mold 4. Accordingly, automatic revolution of the injector can be exerted to simplify nozzle replacing operation.
