PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction due to precipitated insoluble matter by applying thermal treatment onto a rubber mold such as a rubber cup to be used in brake system employing silicon oil as the brake liquid in the liquid such as silicon oil under the temperature higher than specific level. CONSTITUTION:Rubber mold such as a rubber cup to be used in brake cylinder of brake system employing silicon oil as the brake liquid is thermally treated previously in liquid. Here, the liquid for thermal treatment is selected from silicon oil, organic solvent and water while the temperature for thermal treatment is made higher than 60 deg.C. Consequently, precipitated insoluble matter is never produced under high temperature operation of brake thus to prevent malfunction of system due to adhesion of insoluble matter to the surface between rubber cup and the inner wall of cylinder. |
