PURPOSE:To control freely even a device made by a different manufacture by means of a remote controller by providing a function generating a signal format of a remote controller of different system to a processor. CONSTITUTION:A command controlling any of devices 1.1-1.n is transmitted from an infrared ray remote controller 2 to an infrared ray signal receiver 3. The receiver 3 demodulates the received infrared ray signal and transmits the result to a processor 4. The device 4 converts the control signal into a signal format controlling the device being control object and transmits it to an infrared ray signal transmission section 5. The transmission section 5 converts it into an infrared ray signal and transmits it to an object device. The devices 1.1-1.n are controlled by connecting a controller such as a computer 6 to a communication line 7 and plural devices are interlocked to use audio and video equipments in terms of a system easily. |
