PURPOSE:To produce uniform TOFU (bean curd) having improved flavor in good reproducibility, by making soybean milk and a coagulating solution flow simultaneously into a container for producing TOFU. CONSTITUTION:(i) When the pedal 14 is raised by the air cylinder 15, the tip part at the outlet of the soybean tank 1 (the masking shield 3) is put in a container placed on the pedal 14. (ii) Then, when the pedal 14 is raised further, the packing 6 suspended from the coagulating tank 2 is brought into contact with the inner face at the outlet of the soybean milk tank 1, and successively stuck fast to the outer face at the outlet of the coagulating tank 2. (iii) Then, soybean milk is fed to the soybean milk tank 1, and a coagulating solution to the coagulating tank 2 in such a way that both have the same liquid level. (iv) Then, the pedal 14 is lowered, the outlets of both the tanks are released from the packing 6, the soybean milk and the coagulating solution are made to flow through part of the masking shield 3 into a container under good blending with stirring, and they are coagulated. |
