The invention in question concerns an arrangement for a retaining beam for a building unit and the like, involving at least one wooden drag and/or compression stress-bearing spar (1), and at least one zigzag shaped filament (2) which is attached to this. This, in conjunction with another spar or the like, forms as another element, a framework whereby the filaments (2) at their bent ends are placed and anchored between two halves (1a, 1b) of the spar which are joined together.The innovation comes in the fact that the two ties' sides which are facing each other on their respective spar halves (1a, resp. to 2b) display longitudinal tongues (4) and grooves (3), or similar, with a height or depth length which in the main lies at cross-section to the filament (2). The tongue and groove (4) arrangement on the one spar half (1a) is in an interlocking projection in relation to the tongues (4) and grooves (3) on the other spar half, so that when the spar halves (1a, 1b) are aligned, the grooves on the one spar half receive the tongues from the spar half and vice versa. The spar halves, which contain the bent ends of the filaments in between them, are compressed and glued whereby the wires and the tongue and groove arrangement's interlocking sections are pressed together into the grooves on their respective halves<IMAGE> |
