<p>PURPOSE:To improve the profile accuracy by separating a welding current into an arc current and a short-circuit current by a binary-coding signal of a welding voltage, also extracting weaving frequency components contained in each current, and correcting dislocation based on said component. CONSTITUTION:A welding current detected by a welding current detector 35 is amplified by an amplifier 51, and an arc current and a short-circuit current are separated and inputted to an analog switch 55 and an analog switch 56, respectively. Band pass filters 57, 58, phase regulators 59, 60 and synchronous rectifiers 61, 62 extract weaving frequency component in the arc current and the short circuit current, together with an output of a logical circuit 45. This extracted output is integrated by the first and the second integrators 66, 67, and dislocation is adjusted so that an output of the integrators 66, 67 becomes zero, only when the polarity of its output is the same. According to this method, the profile accuracy is improved.</p> |
