PURPOSE:To decode a control program and to retrieve an optional program at the same time by reading sequentially a sequence control program stored in a storage section by an operation section and retrieving an optional sequence control program at the same time in the process of decoding. CONSTITUTION:After the control section 6 receiving a retrieval command from a monitor 5 detects a logic decoding end signal from a logic decoding section 11, an element code of a sequence control program desired to monitored is set to a register 7 and a detection start signal is fed to a coincidence detection circuit 8. The content read from the storage section 1 and latched to a register 9 is compared with the content of the register 7 in the circuit 8. As a result, when the coincidence is detected, a coincidence signal is fed to the control section 6 and a memory address of the element monitored via a gate 12 is fed thereto. Thus, the control section 6 informs the memory address storing the sequence circuit program desired to be monitored to the monitor 5. |
