<p>Protein-dissolving detergents, washing assistants and cleaning agents for use at boiling temps. contain proteases stable at 70-100 degrees C (I) in addn. to usual enzymes stable up to 70 degrees C, e.g. proteases (II) and/or amylases and/or lipases. Pref. total enzyme content corresponds to activities of 30-25000 (50-5000 esp. 100-2500) protease units/g detergent or assistant for (I) and (II), 0.05-1000 (1-100, esp. 2-50) SKB units/g for amylases and 2-10000 (2-1000, esp. 5-500) units/g for lipases. Pref. composn. contains 0.001-10 (0.1-10)wt. % enzyme component consisting mainly or partly of (I), and 99-50 (98-85) wt.% cleaning component.</p> |
