PURPOSE:To obtain an ideal healthy food for human beings, having improved lowering action on cholesterol of the human body, and safety, obtained by blending a specific amount of soybean lecithin containing soybean phospholipid with a prescribed amount of dried Lentinus edodes powder. CONSTITUTION:Soybean lecithin containing >=80wt% soybean lecithin is blended with dried Lentinus edodes as active ingredients in such a way that amounts of the soybean lecithin and the dried Lentinus edodes are >=1wt%, respectively, and their total amounts are <=5wt%, to give the desired healthy food. The healthy food may be properly blended with casein, cellulose, mineral, vitamin, fatty acid such as cotton seed oil, sugar, etc. besides the soybean lecithin, and the dried Lentinus edodes powder, or these compounding components can be kneaded and solidified to give a solid food like sweet jelly of beans, or extended thinly, dried to give a dried food like Japanese cracker. |
