<p>PURPOSE:To improve the profile accuracy by counting the time of an arc generation and a short-circuit from a binary-coding signal of a welding voltage, inputting it to a band pass filter, and correcting dislocation based on a synchronously rectified integral value of its output. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 52 inputs a welding voltage 51, and outputs a signal 53 of '1' and '0' in the course of an arc generation and a short-circuit, respectively. A rise differentiating circuit 56 differentiates a rise of the signal 53, and outputs a shift clock 57. A logical circuit 60 executes an integration of one period and a half period of weaving by integrators 72, 77 by its outputs 47', 49', and counting of the time. When executing the welding by weaving, a digital band filter 66 extracts a sample piece number component in a half period of weaving, rectifies synchronously its output signal, and integrates it for one period or a half period by the integrator 72. Dislocation is corrected based on this integral value, therefore, the profile accuracy is improved.</p> |
