PURPOSE:To obtain a titled equipment for eliminating a waiting time for shifting and improving the working efficiency by constituting the equipment so that a movement of a working table is started as soon as a current value of a control circuit for comparing and operating an irradiating feedback quantity of a laser output and an output setting quantity reaches a drilling completion current value. CONSTITUTION:A part of a laser beam output is fed back, and this feedback quantity is outputted and detected 5, compared and operated 4 with an output set value, and a current detecting element 12 is put into a conventional control circuit for controlling an oscillating circuit 3. A current value in the course of drilling of an object to be worked 8 is a small current value due to a feedback of a part of the output, but it becomes a prescribed current value as soon as the drilling is completed. Its variation is detected by a storing circuit 13 and an operating circuit 14, and cutting is executed by operating a working table movement control device 11. A waiting time of the time of shifting of cutting from drilling is reduced remarkably, and the laser working efficiency is improved. |
