PURPOSE:To produce soybeans impregnated with a desired amount of water efficiently in a short time, by carrying washing and immersion of soybeans in the same tank under a controlled condition. CONSTITUTION:(i) The porous conic type middle basket 7 is set in the main body 1 of a tank, and its outlet is sealed with the stopper 22. (ii) Then, water is fed from the pipe 5 to the main body 1 of tank, pressurized water and air are fed from the floating pipe 8, washing water is made to flow from the overflow pipe 6 to wash soybeans, and contaminated water in the tank is discharged from the discharge pipe 4. (iii) Then, the same process as that mentioned above is carried out and soybeans are impregnated with a desired amount of water while controlling temperature by steam introduced into the heating pipe 9, the stopper 22 is hung up, and impregnated soybeans are taken out from the opened outlet through the discharge pipe 3. |
