PURPOSE:To position a permanent magnet with high precision and improve the productivity and reliability, by a method wherein shorn edges and a deformed section between the edges are provided in a specified section inside the circumference of a yoke, and the permanent magnet is positioned. CONSTITUTION:The specified section of a circular cylindrical yoke 1 formed with soft steel sheet member is shorn in the diameter direction at the edges 2a confronting each other in the axial direction, and the specified section 2 between the edges 2a is formed to be extruded outside the circumference. The field pole 3 of a permanent magnet is fitted on the concave deformed section 2 and is fixed to a said yoke 1 with adhesives or the like. As a result, the field pole 3 fitted on the deformed section 2 is positioned at the edges 2a exactly in the axial direction. |
