发明名称 FORMATION OF FLUORESCENT SCREEN OF COLOR CATHODE-RAY TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a good quality of fluorescent screen without uneven coating by applying the phosphor of which color is wide in coated area at last when the fluorescent screen is formed by applying the phosphors of red, green and blue in color to different areas on a face plate. CONSTITUTION:A carbon stripes, bl are prepared on a face plate 1, between each of them phosphor stripes R, G and B of red, green and blue in color, of which width ratio is made like 1:1.6:1, are formed. And a beam index tube is formed by preparing aluminum membrane 2 and index stripe ID. When the stripes R, G and B are formed, the narrow stripes R and B are made at first under the following process; printing application of the photosensitive phosphors paste, exposure and development, the wide stripe G is formed at last in the same process as the above. Therefore, it possible to replenish the paste enough to a gap which is the forming place of the stripe G and it is also possible to obtain a good quality of fluorescent screen without uneven coating.
