PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction of a jitter correction control and to secure the stable reproduction of signals by changing the loop gain of a time base fluctuation control system when a drop-out of reproduction signal is detected. CONSTITUTION:The signals are transmitted to a signal detecting circuit 15 via a fly lead 14 in order to read the signal recorded on a disk 1 by an electrode 6 provided to a stylus 5. The detection signals are sent to a tracking signal processing circuit 20, a jitter signal processing circuit 16, a drop-out detecting circuit 23 and a sound/video processing circuit 24. The jitter signal obtained by the circuit 16 is supplied to a jitter coil 12 via an analog switch 17, a jitter phase compensating circuit 18 and a jitter drive circuit 19 for control of jitter. Here the switch 17 is controlled by a drop-out generation detecting signal 27, and the loop gain of a jitter control system is changed in accordance with the generation of a drop-out. |
