PURPOSE:To promote the efficiency of the titled apparatus for armature, by winding up the desired quantity of coils automatically at high speed as well as automating the connection of commutator segments and coil tape at the same time. CONSTITUTION:Electromagnetic wire 41 is wound up on a rotary plate 8 index- rotated having a plurality of pins 51, 52 set at a specified pitch on a double concentric circle, and on a plurality of specified pins among these pins 51, 52. A coil 41A is wound up at high speed by providing a mechanism for winding up a said plurality of pins with the single coil 41A, with the electromagnetic wire 41 through a gap G arranged between the primary winding jig 43 and the secondary winding jig 55. Then, a mechanism for connecting coil taps led out of the coil 41A, automatically to commutator segments is provided, and the winding operation and the connecting operation of the coil taps and the commutator segments are arranged to be continuously automated at high speed. |
