Fodder chopper with blower

The chopper has the crop pressed into the chopping position by a feed (6) and is chopped by the interaction of moving- and fixed blades. The rear of the rotating cutter (3) has impeller blades (9) to provide an airstream to lift the chopped material up the hoist duct (7) and into the collecting vehicle. The chopped material is fed between contra rotating crushing rollers (8, 8') driven by pulley wheels (11). The chopper prepares all types of fodder for silage e.g. corn cob mixture.
