PURPOSE:To decrease a time for thread matching without causing damage in a thread surface, by arranging a pressure sensor, which detects a change of back pressure, in a jet of a turning arm in the end of a mounting arm provided between relatively arranged external and internal threads. CONSTITUTION:If a jet 54, 55 of each turning arm 43, 52 is placed approaching a thread surface of an external and internal thread member 1, 2, an air pressure sensor 60, 61 can detect a rapid rise of back pressure in the jet 54, 55 because its air blow is disturbed by a crest part when the jet 54, 55 is oppositely placed to the crest part of the thread surface, on the contrary such rapid rise of the back pressure is not generated when the jet 54, 55 is opposed to a root part of the thread surface. Accordingly, it can be detected whether the jet 54, 55 is opposed to either the crest part or the root part. In this way, a thread matching device, in which thread matching work can be performed in a short time because a thread of the external and internal thread members can be easily detected, high efficiently screws the thread member preventing the thread surface also from damage. |
