PURPOSE:To realize a microwave circuit having an excellent and stable high frequency characteristics by making a hole of the same as that of a package for a transistor (TR) to a position of a dielectric board where the TR is mounted. CONSTITUTION:A cross package sealing TR3 is connected electrically to a strip line 2 and plural throughholes 4 to constitute a part of a microwave circuit. Further, the TR3 is mounted to a hole 5 provided to the dielectric board 1. The shape of the hole 5 is the same as the package shape of the TR. Since the TR is fixed to a direction in parallel with the dielectric board 1, each terminal of the TR, the throughhole and the strip line are connected easily and the mounting position of the TR is fixed further, the high frequency characteristic at mass-production is stabilized. |
