PURPOSE:To reduce the number of production steps and to simplify the assembly of parts by subjecting a base plate to preliminary works such as a perforating work, a bending word and the like, and then forming a coating film consisting of a coating point of a polyvinylidene fluoride resin solvent system. CONSTITUTION:A front plate 5, a top plate 6, a drum plate 7, and a rear plate 8 placed on a substantially planar plate formed by subjecting a base plate to preliminary works such as a perforating work, a punching work, a shallow drawing work and the like, are conveyed by a belt conveyer and then coating films are formed on the surfaces of respective parts by a coating machine. The thus finished semi-worked precoated plates are molded through a rectangular bending work, a draw-up work and the like, and further they are connected and assembled by further carrying out a winding caulking work thereby to prepare an oven assembly. As a coat used for forming a coating film, is used a coating point of a polyvinylidene fluoride resin solvent system. |
