PURPOSE:To enable burr removal polishing of a work surface to be performed in multiple directions by revolving a tool on its own axis and around a prime moving shaft, by providing a driven shaft, which mounts in its both point ends the tool in a tool receiver, as a transverse shaft to be bridged at a right angle with the prime moving shaft and rotating the tool around the prime moving shaft serving as the center. CONSTITUTION:A prime moving shaft 2, if it is rotated by turning a main spindle 10 in a machining center M, rotates a driven shaft 8, and its both-end brush 1, 1 revolves on its own axis in the longitudinal direction. While a planet gear 4, 4 engaging with a bevel gear 13 of the prime moving shaft 2 rotates around a bevel gear 16 of a sun gear 3 because the sun gear 3 is not rotated even if the prime moving shaft 2 rotates, and a tool receiver 7 rotates with a mounting frame 6 of the planet gear 4, 4. As a result, the brush 1, 1 axially supported to the tool receiver 7 rotates in the lateral direction about the prime moving shaft 2 serving as the center. In this way, a tool, rotating about both the transverse driven shaft serving as the center and the longitudinal prime moving shaft serving as the center, enables a work surface to be rubbed from limitlessly multiple directions in addition to also a movement of the prime moving shaft by the machining center, ideally finishing the surface. |
