PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect moving attitude simply at a normal temperature, by arranging a one-dimensional pyroelectric type infrared-ray sensor array comprising a plurality of pyroelectric elements in specified attitude in the moving direction of a moving body, and providing an operating device. CONSTITUTION:An expression of relation Pt1=a.tab theta, where (a) is a parallel pitch of pyroelectric elements 6..., P is the moving speed of a moving body 2, theta is an angle between the parallel direction of the elements 6... and the longitudinal direction of the body 2 and t1 is the time difference between the signal output times of the neighboring elements 6..., is obtained. From this expression, theta=tan<-1>(Pt1/a) is obtained. The moving attitude of the body 2, which is the inclination of the body 2 with respect to the moving path of the body 2 is obtained. |
