PURPOSE:To exclude troublesome adjustment of an analog filter in a conventional system and to miniaturize the circuit scale by introducing a transversal filter as a means using a matching filter for filtering a discriminated data after a delay. CONSTITUTION:The transversal filter consists of plural stages of D flip-flop (FF)32 shifting a discriminating data in a clock frequency (f) by a clock period 1/nf (n is a positive integer) sequentially, plural resistors 33 applying weighting to an output of each D FF32 in matching with the impulse response of a transmission line and an adder 34 summing outputs of the resistors 33. A weighting in response to an error signal epsilon is applied to an output of the adder 34 by a weighting device 26 and the result is fed back negatively to the input of an identification device 23. Since the filtering characteristic of the digital filter is decided definitely by the resistors 33, the constitution and its handling are simplified. |
