PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of an air flow passing a condenser, and to make it possible to shorten the diameter of a heat discharge duct and elongate the length thereof by providing a freezing circuit blasting unit, and a humidifying unit comprising a water storage tank, a filter and a roller in the front of an air suction port of a condenser. CONSTITUTION:When the operation of the air conditioner is started, a compressor 1, a motor 4 for blasting and a roller 14 operate, a fan 5 for the evaporator and a fan 6 for the condenser rotate, and a filter 16 circulates in water within a water storage tank 15. Indoor air is sucked up from a suction grill 13 for the condenser and passes through the filter 16. Upon this occasion, water is vaporized on the surface of the filter 16 to rob of vaporization heat. Then, indoor air passes the condenser 3 and after being heat-exchanged is discharged out of the room via a heat discharge duct 12 by means of the fan 6 for the condenser. Further, indoor air sucked up from the suction grill 9 for the evaporator passes the evaporator 2 and is discharged out of the cold air blow-off port 11 by the fan 5 for the evaporator. Drains condensed in the evaporator 2 fall dropwise into a drain pan 7 and also into the filter 16 via a drain pipe 8, and are utilized for cooling air. |
