PURPOSE:To obtain an output current by devising the titled circuit that the output current is equal to other input current (y) or (x) when one input current (x) or (y) is fuzzy-logical 1, the output current represents 1 when both input currents are fuzzy-logic 1 and further the output current is 0 when the both represents < fuzzy-logical 1. CONSTITUTION:A current (x) is given to an input terminal 20, a current (y) is given to an input terminal 30 and a current value 1 is given to an input terminal 40 respectively. The current (x) given to the input terminal 20 is input ted to a multi-output circuit (multi-output current mirror) 51F comprising an N-MOSFET and the circuit 51F produces two currents having the same value (x) but opposite directions. One of the output currents is given to a wired OR52 as a delivery input, the direction of the other output current is inverted by a current mirror 81 comprising a P-MOSFET and the result is given to a wired OR64 via the input terminal 22. The input current (y is inputted similarly to a multi-output circuit 61F. The input current value 1 is inputted to a current mirror 83 comprising an N-MOSFET from the terminal 40 similarly. |
