PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an isolator and an attenuator used conventionally to reduce a reflected wave caused by mis-matching of a connected part with a high frequency circuit by constituting the titled line with a paper- tablet shape high specific resistance metal and a low specific resistance metal coated as a film to the end of the high resistance metal soldered to a high frequency input/output terminal to reduce the reflected wave. CONSTITUTION:MIC transistor (TR) amplifiers 1 and 2 are connected by a transmission line 4 having a high resistance. The line 4 consists of a paper-tablet shape Ni 10 and Au 11, 12 plated to both ends of the Ni 10. The Ni is a high specific resistance metal and the Au is a low specific resistance metal. Even when active circuits like the MICTR amplifiers 1, 2 having a wrong input/output impedance matching are connected without using any isolator or attenuator in the line 4, since the transmission line 4 itself has a considerable resistance, it acts like an attenuator, the reflected wave due to mismatching of the impedance at the connection is attenuated to suppress the generation of a standing wave. |
