<p>PURPOSE:To enhance an average printing speed by discriminating the number of printing dots of respective lines from input data and increasing and decreasing the number of blocks in which power is simultaneously fed in accordance with a printing ratio. CONSTITUTION:Reading line data are inputted to a fixed head 3 and a printing dot number discriminating circuit 4, when a printing dot number is zero, quick- feeding is executed, and when the number is not zero, the data are classified into a printing ratio of three ranks of Fig. A in accordance with the number of printing dots (black point). By the printing ratio rank signal, a signal, which becomes a H level in accordance with a sequence of Fig. A, is outputted at 12 output terminals al-a12 of a distributing circuit 5, and thus, a strobing voltage for feeding power is successively impressed by 1-4 blocks simultaneously by printing ratio ranks to respective blocks of the fixed head 3. A figure on respective blocks of Fig. A shows a sequence of power feeding and a hetched part shows a place to be power-fed.</p> |
