摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To separate the titled high-purity compound from natural wax, by dissolving natural wax containing an ultra-long-chain fatty acid ester in a nonpolar solvent, bringing the solution into contact with silica gel to adsorb the ester, and eluting it. CONSTITUTION:Natural wax containing an ultra-long-chain fatty ester (compound A for short) having >=20C fatty acid part and >=20C alcohol part is dissolved in 10-500 times as a nonpolar solvent as the natural wax by weight. The solution is then fed from the top to a column packed with silica gel (10-1,000 times as much as wax) having 0.05-0.5mm, especially 0.07-2mm average particle diameter, and 10-200Angstrom , especially 20-60Angstrom average pore longer diameter, the compound A is adsorbed, an eluent is made to flow down gradually from the top to the bottom, desorbed successively from a component having weaker affinity for silica gel, and the falling eluent is divided into 2-100 fractions. Fractions having higher concentration of the component A are subjected to single distillation and the eluent is removed, to give the aimed high-purity compound.</p>
