PURPOSE:To attain simultaneous supervision by detecting alarm information when the alarm information is generated in a device to be supervised and switching an internal circuit so that voice/data passes through a band compression circuit in a supervisory device and the supervised device and utilizing a produced excess band to transmit all alarm information to the supervisory device. CONSTITUTION:Switch circuits 20, 21 are operated by an output of an alarm circuit 10 detecting alarm information from a subscriber or a terminal station equipment and a series circuit comprising a memory 12 and a band compression circuit 13 is connected to a multiplex separation circuit 7 and a line 5 and a series circuit comprising a band compressing circuit 14 and a memory 16 is connected between the line 5 and a multiplex separation circuit 8 respectively. Then a multiplexed signal is compressed to 1/2 at the band compression circuit 13 or 16. Further, the alarm information of the subscriber and the terminal station equipment collected in the alarm circuit 10 is inserted with the alarm information in a predetermined order by using an excess band of 1/2 produced by the band compression and transmitted to a station equipment via the line 5. |
