PURPOSE:To keep off harmonic out of a connection part between a magnetron and a waveguide in an effective manner, by interposing a composite body, composed of a dielectric and metallic powder, between a waveguide wall and a magnetron frame. CONSTITUTION:A waveguide wall 19 and a magnetron both are tightly attached to each other through a bolt or the like, and in the connection part a mesh gasket 20 with elasticity by metallic fine wires and a waveguide convex part are opposed with each other. In addition, a conductive material 21 is applied to an interval between a frame 3 of the magnetron and the waveguide wall 19. With this constitution, it comes to a two-stage structure together with the mesh gasket whereby a wave component leakage of harmonic is preventable from occurring so effectively. In addition to the conductive coating material aforesaid, if a conductive plastic sheet and on top of that composite ferrite composed of ferrite powder or a metallic oxide and the dielectric are used, the same effect may be expectable. |
