PURPOSE:To provide processing of high precision by furnishing a means to press the processed portion of a work to a pallet at the top plate of a jig to fix the pallet in such a way as fronting the processing tool, and thereby preventing possible distortion at the time of processing. CONSTITUTION:At a clamping device installed in each processing station, a means 225 to press the processed portion of a work to a pallet is installed at the top plate 38a of a jig to fix the pallet in such a way as fronting the processing tool. Under processing, this pressure means 225 presses the work, which then receives the reactive force from the processing tool, and thus distortion of the work can be avoided. Here the work held on the pallet is clamped in each processing station according to the current condition of processing, so that even such a work as made of a flexible or fragile material can be firmly clamped to ensure processing in high precision. |
