PURPOSE:To provide good slidability and non-adhesiveness, by chemically binding with a fluorine atom a carbon atom in the surface layer part of a rubber elastic material constituting a fluid closing member. CONSTITUTION:In a needle valve equipping a fluid closing member consisting of a rubber elastic material in a valve head part adapted to a valve seat, a carbon atom in a surface layer part of the rubber elastic material is chemically directly bound with a fluorine atom by fluorinating the rubber elastic material after it is molded. The rubber elastic material surface layer part in the end of the needle valve is given excellent slidability and non-adhesiveness by fluorination, but a thickness of the fluorinated layer is formed to a degree for the rubber elastic material to keep its elasticity. |
