发明名称 AUTOMATIC GAIN CONTROL SYSTEM OF MOVING TARGET TRACKING RADAR
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the tracking stability and pull-in performance of a radar equipment by preventing a receiver from saturation by the sum signal of a clutter signal and a target signal. CONSTITUTION:An antenna 1, receiver 2, moving target tracking (MTT) signal processor 3, AGC signal processor (for signal 4a, AGC signal processor (for signal and clutter) 4b, an amplitude detector 5, and an adder 6 are connected. A signal for controlling gain at a level preventing the receiver 2 from saturation is generated from the processor 4b on the basis of the sum signal of a clutter signal and a target signal outputted from the detector 5 connected to the post stage of the receiver 2 and said signal is added to the output of the processor 4a by the adder 6 to apply the added signal to the receiver 2. Thus, the receiver 2 is prevented from saturation on the basis of the sum signal of the clutter signal and the target signal and tracking stability or the like can be improved.
