PURPOSE:To wind the floor sheet over a core without zigzag by pressure holding the core with six roll groups at the opposite sides of a frame and rotating the core as the frame travels. CONSTITUTION:When a core P for winding the floor sheet 25 is not fixed to the frame 1, the left and right wheels 6 can rotate independently while a caster 18 can rotate freely thereby the frame 1 can be pushed easily to desired position. In order to wind the floor sheet 25 over the core 25, the start of winding end of the floor sheet 25 laid on the floor is previously wound slightly over the core P pressure held at the opposite ends by means of three roller groups 13, 16 respectively. Then the frame 1 is pushed while grasping the handle 19 to rotate the roller groups 13, 16 through the wheel 6 and a frictional clutch 8 thus to wind the floor sheet 25 sequentially over the core P. |
