PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To improve remarkably the shelf stability while almost maintaining the sensitivity by using tocopherol as a stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:Tocopherol is used as a stabilizer in a photosensitive resin composition contg. a binding resin such as (meth)acrylate resin, a polymerizable monomer such as pentaerythritol (meth)acrylate and a photopolymn. initiator such as benzophenone or acetophenone as principal components. The amount of tocopherol used is 0.1-5wt%, preferably 0.2-3wt% of the amount of the polymerizable monomer. Fogging is not caused even after storage at room temp. for >=1 hear.
