PURPOSE:To enable a swivel scroll to be supported in a suitable condition corresponding to a change of trust force, by supplying high pressure oil, separated in a delivery line, to a static pressure thrust bearing, positioned in a back surface of the swivel scroll, through a throttle. CONSTITUTION:High pressure oil, separated from delivery gas by an oil separa tor provided in a delivery line, is supplied to a static pressure bearing part through an oil hole 33 provided in a frame 7. A compressor provides a throttle mechanism 93 to be interposed in an oil path reaching a holding surface 90 constituting the static pressure bearing part. Consequently, the holding surface 9, in which a clearance between the static pressure bearing part and the back surface of a swivel scroll 2 is held to an almost fixed value in no relation to a thrust load, enables the swivel scroll to be supported in a suitable condition. |
