PURPOSE:To surely and simply attach and detach a magnetron structure by providing a first and a second hooked portions which are oppositely positioned sandwiching a throughole between them and which hold both side edges in the top plate portion of a frame type yoke, and providing a first and a second expanding portion which contact with both side edges in the top plate portion. CONSTITUTION:A throughole 10 which permits the electromagnetic wave emission terminal of an magnetron body, to pass through is provided in a metallic plate 9, and a first and a second hooked portions 12, 13 are oppositely positioned symmetrically sandwiching the throughole 10 on a single or two circumferences, using the throughole 10 as a center, and a first and a second expanding portions 14, 15 are oppositely positioned symmetrically sandwiching the throughole 10. When the metallic plate 9, during being pressed, is rotated in a clockwise direction against the top plate portion 5a, the first and the second hooked portions 12, 13 hold both side edges of the top plate portion 5a, and the first and the second expanding portions 14, 15 contact with both side edges of the top plate portion 5a to be locked. |
