摘要

PURPOSE:To attain stable recording and reproducing jobs and also to reduce the variation with time by vapor-depositing polyxylene resin on the surface of a transparent disk containing an information recording layer under vacuum environment at a normal temperature to form a protection layer. CONSTITUTION:A laminated disk 15 is hanged down in a vapor deposition tank 18 where the vacuum degree is kept at 0.1Torr with the temperature set at about 25 deg.C. Then the polyxylene resin 16 is vaporaized in a vaporization tank 19 and then activated in an activation tank 20. Then the resin 16 is changed unstable and sprayed into the tank 18. The resin 16 is quenched at an instant when it has a contact with the surface of the disk 15 and sticks on the surface of the disk 15 is the form of a stable solid state after the reaction of polymerization. Thus a protection layer 17 is formed on the surface of the disk 15.
