PURPOSE:To enable carried materials, whatever they may be, to be unloaded smoothly from a load carrying platform by installing clam shell doors on the inner side of a support frame which can be swung, of a dump truck. CONSTITUTION:A rear swing door 3 is arranged at the rear end of a load carrying platform enabling carried materials to be unloaded by opening the rear door 3. The rear swing door 3 is composed of a U-shaped support frame 4 and of clam shell doors. The upper section of the support frame 4 is installed on a shaft of the rear section of the load carrying platform 1 so as to be swung. An engaging pin 6 arranged on the lower section is engaged with a hook 7 arranged underneath the load carrying platform 1 resisting the swing motion of the support frame 4. The clam shell doors 5 are hinged to the inner section of the support frame 4 allowing the doors to be locked in the support frame 4 with an engaging member 11. |
