<p>PURPOSE:To improve noise resistance while using a switching element even when there is large potential difference between the input side and the output side by connecting a phototransistor and a power transistor arranged onto a radiator plate. CONSTITUTION:A phototransistor 2, a photo-coupler consisting of a light-emitting diode 3 and a power transistor 4 are disposed onto a plate 1 by conductive paste 5, and a light-trasmitting insulator 6 such as glass is bonded onto the phototransistor 2 by trasparent adhesives. The light-emitting diode 3 is joined onto the light-transmitting insulator 6 by trasparent adhesives, and the power transistor 4 is joined onto the radiator plate 1 by solder 7. With a connection, the wirings 8, 8 of an anode and a cathode for the light-eitting diode 3 and a wiring 11 between an emitter electrode 9 for the phototransistor 2 and a base electrode 10 for the power transistor 4 consist of a 25mum gold wire, and an emitter electrode 12 for the power transistor 4 is wired 13 by an aluminum large-diameter wire for large currents.</p> |
