1. A rotor for an axial-flow ventilating fan having individually adjustable blades (1), each of which is inserted into an axial slot (5), which is open at the downstream side, in the outer edge of the rotor hub (4), by means of an insertable pin (11) which is moulded onto its base and which radially overlaps the slot (5) internally, is rotatably supported, and can be fixed in a predetermined adjusted position relative to the rotor hub (4) by means of a screw fastening, characterised in that for the screw fastening of the blades (1), their insertable pins (11) are provided with a shaped fastening flange (2) which radially overlaps the slot (5) internally and which is itself provided with a slot (21) which is concentric with the axis of rotation of the blade (1) and that in its adjusted position, the blade (1) can be fixed against the inner face (42) of the rotor hub (4) by a screw (3) which rests against and can be controlled from the outer face (41) of the rotor hub (4) and which extends through a bore (7) in the rotor hub (4) and through the slot (21).
