PURPOSE:To manufacture the multi-layer parison having a precise cap section easily by a method wherein synthetic resin is injected from a multi-layer ring die into the cavity of metal mold for cap section, which is provided with a long protruded cooling core at the central section thereof, to form the cap section of the parison and the cylindrical section of the parison is formed by separating the cap section away from the metal mold successively. CONSTITUTION:The multi-layer ring die 4, surrounding the outer periphery of a cooling core 1, is contacted closely with a cavity 3, formed by the cap section metal mold 2 having the long protruded cooling core 1 at the central section thereof, then, synthetic resin 5 is injected into the cavity 3 from the ring die 4 to form the cap section 61 of the parison. Successively, the cooling core 1 or the multi-layer ring die 4 or both of them are moved whereby synthetic resin 5 is extruded to the outer surface of the cooling core 1 to form the cylindrical section 62 of the parison under separating the multi-layer ring die 4 away from the cavity 3 for the cap section. Further, the bottom section 63 of the parison I compressed between a bottom mold 7 and the bottom section of the cooling core 1 to close the mold and form the parison. |
