wherein R<Sup>1</Sup> is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R<Sup>2</Sup> is a C<Sub>1</Sub>-C<Sub>5</Sub> alkyl group, a C<Sub>3</Sub>-C<Sub>4</Sub> alkenyl group, a C<Sub>3</Sub>-C<Sub>4</Sub> alkynyl group or a C<Sub>1</Sub>-C<Sub>4</Sub> alkoxymethyl group, X is a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom and Y is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, which is useful as a herbicide.
