PURPOSE:To make the external surface of a coil even and to prevent an insulation defect such as a void due to flow out of resin by impregnating a resin in the coil immersed in a resin impregnation bath and hardening the resin after taking the coil out of the bath when the resin in the coil does not leak out due to gelling by the reaction of a hardening accelerator and the resin. CONSTITUTION:A coil is immersed in a resin impregnation bath and a resin is impregnated in the coil after the bottom insulator 6b of the coil is impregnated with a hardening accelerator. The coil is left in the bath until the impregnated resin reacts with the effective part of the hardening accelerator and is gelled so if the coil is taken out of the bath, the resin in the coil does not lead out. Then, the coil is taken out from the bath, the resin in the coil is perfectly hardened by a heater and a resin mold coil is obtained. In this way, if an insulation material of approx. 4-6mm thick of a nonwoven fabric such as polyamide of glass or a rock wool is used as a resin impregnating mat 9, a resin sufficiently impregnates due to low density adhering closely to the surface around a lead terminal 7 and reacts with a hardening accelerator to become a gel. |
