PURPOSE:To provide the titled odorless novel food useful for the prevention and remedy of thrombosis and the promotion of health, by combining a component composed mainly of vinegar with a component composed mainly of a highly unsaturated fatty acid ester which is a main component of fish oil, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective food can be prepared by combining (A) a compo nent composed mainly of an ester containing a highly unsaturated fatty acid containing >=5 double bonds (preferably eicosapentaenoic acid, etc.) and (B) a component composed mainly of vinegar. To maintain the quality of the above food during storage, it is preferable to seal the component A in a container filled with an inert gas, and mix with the component B in use. |
