PURPOSE:To simplify the transmission initial setting of a slave station by transmitting a word synchronizing signal superimposed onto transmission data of a slave station and comparing a phase difference between the word synchronizing signal received by a master station and the frame synchronizing signal of the own station. CONSTITUTION:In setting the initial phase of the transmission data of the slave station 2, since an ordering communication means is required between the master and slave stations 1 and 2, a voice signal subjected to the DELTAM modulation through a DELTAM modulator 28 is superimposed on the transmission data via a multiplexer 29. In this case, the word synchronizing signal to synchronize data between the master and slave stations 1 and 2 is generated by a generator 27 and superimposed onto the transmission data via the multiplexer 29. Thus, the word synchronizing signal and the voice signal are detected by a word detector 16 in the station 1 and the degree of adjustment of a phase setter 25 of the station 2 is checked by using a comparator 17 to check the phase difference between the word synchronizing signal and the frame synchronizing signal of the own station. |
