PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a fold and to elevate a productivity by forming a stepped part located on the inner side after forming the stepped part located on the outer side of a product stock. CONSTITUTION:The stepped part 15a locating at the outside of a product stock 3 is formed by the co-motion with a die 2 with the descent of a complementary punch 6 due to the elasticity of an elastic body 10 overcoming that of an elastic body 7, when the stock 5 is pinched between a blank holder 3 and die 2 and a punch 1 is started to descend. The stepped part 15b is then formed locating at the inner side of the stock 5 by the co-motion of with the die 2 with further descent of the punch 1 and its reaching the most descending limit. With the ascent of the blank holder 3 and punch 1 and supplementary punch 6 the formed stock 5 is delivered. |
