PURPOSE:To enable the proliferation of a large amount of hybridoma useful as a diagnostic, etc., in high density, by culturing mouse-human hybridoma in a serum-free medium containing lipoprotein. CONSTITUTION:A mouse-human hybridoma (preferably the fused cell of mouse myeloma P3UI and human B-cell) is cultured in a serum-free medium (a base medium for animal cell culture, preferably added with ethanolamine) containing preferably 10-80mug/ml of lipoprotein, e.g. by stationary culture, etc. |
